Single person should deduct $15 per day, $90 per week.
Extra person should add $15 per day, $75 per week.

Daily reservations of 3 nights or more (except on holiday weekends) are
DISCOUNTED $10 per night when "limited" maid service is requested.

Limited maid service: The apartment is all made up when you arrive, and clean towels, trash removal, a supplies check and free coffee are provided daily. There is no additional maid service.

Weekly rates include all applicable tax and limited maid service.

Multiple week reservations are discounted $35 per week; monthly $50 per week. Full maid service is provided at the end of each week.

Winter "Daily" rates are $33 less than "Off-Season"rates and include the discount for the limited maid service provided during this season on Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday only. During the winter season, the "Inn" is only partially open. The primary focus at this time is to assist "regular" guests who may want to visit Rockport during the holiday season or early spring; but new guests are also welcome. However, please understand that the atmosphere is extremely relaxed at this time of year. The "Inn" is closed completely from December through March.
