2014 Rates And Reservation Policies

Guest rooms have a private bath, private entrance, CTV, refrigerator, microwave, A/C, and Internet. Apartments have fully equipped kitchens, and most have ocean views. RATES are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and minimum 3 NIGHT reservations listed below. SINGLE PERSON should deduct $15 per day.; $100 per week. EXTRA PERSON beyond Double Occupancy should add $15/day; $75/week.

Daily rates for 1-3 rooms/apartments of 4-6 nights are DISCOUNTED $5 per night for EACH additional day of a reservation beyond the 3 day minimum = up to a $15 per night value, then weekly rates apply.
Daily rates of 4-6 nights for the Cottage are discounted $15 dollars per night for each additional day = up to a $45 per night value. (See SPECIAL PRICING page).

11.7% Room Rax is additional.

**This apartment is in town, very close to beaches, shops, train, and restaurants; but is operated independently of the "Inn". It can be rented as a 1 - 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, cable TV, A/C, internet and a washer/dryer on site and is "self-catering" once you arrive . RATES are a TOTAL PRICE for THIS apartment, but each unit has a maximum # of people and a minimum advance reservation of 4 – 7 nights (ask for daily rates).

PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS:  
        
1.  PAYMENT - deposit required is 30% of total stay - but not less than one night’s rate. Balance after deposit plus 11.7% room tax is due upon arrival.
2.  ARRIVALS - Check-in is 2 - 7 p.m., 3 p.m. for large apartments. Late check-ins (after 7p.m.) must be arranged in advance. Office Hours: approx. 10:00-12:00, and 2:00-7:00; hours may vary. When we step out of the office, we are normally available by phone.  
3.  DEPARTURE - Check-out time is 11a.m., 10:00 a.m. for large apartments. Cars must be removed from lot.
4.  MINIMUM ADVANCE RESERVATION - "In Season", 3-7 nights for a small  apartment; 4-7 nights for larger apartments. "Off Season" varies from 2-4 nights depending on unit, and time of week .
5.  SMOKING –Rooms are non-smoking,guests must smoke outside, no cigar smoking allowed on property.
6.  REFUNDS - Three week's notice must be given to guarantee a refund on all rooms. Six weeks notice on large apartments is necessary after which it is at the discretion of the innkeeper. 
7.  PARKING - Only one space allowed per unit in parking lots, however there should be ample street parking for additional cars. IMPORTANT: Permission must be obtained to park additional cars.
8.  PETS - Sorry, pets are not allowed.
