Guest rooms have a colonial atmosphere, private bath, private entrance, CTV, refrigerator, microwave, and A/C. Apartments have fully equipped kitchens, telephone, and most have ocean views. RATES are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and minimum reservations listed below. SINGLE PERSON should deduct $15 per day.; $90 per week. EXTRA |PERSON should add $15/day; $75/week.

Daily reservations of 3 nights or more (except on holiday weekends) are
DISCOUNTED $10 per night when "limited" maid service is requested.

**These apartments are in town, very close to beaches, shops, train, and restaurants; but are operated independently of the "Inn". They have 1 - 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 baths, cable TV, A/C, telephone, and a washer/dryer on site. Rates include all occupants, but each unit has a maximum # of people and a minimum advance reservation of 4 – 7 nights(ask for daily rates).

PLEASE USE THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES WHEN MAKING RESERVATIONS:  
        
1.  PAYMENT - deposit required is 30% of total stay - but not less than one night’s rate. Balance after deposit plus 9.7% room tax is due upon arrival. Weekly rates include tax and limited maid service.
2.  ARRIVALS - Check-in is 2 - 7 p.m., 3 p.m. for large apartments. Late check-ins (after 7p.m.) must be arranged in advance. Office Hours: approx. 10:00-12:00, and 2:00-7:00; hours will vary during "off" & "winter" Season. Closed December through March. 
3.  DEPARTURE - Check-out time is 11a.m., 10:00 a.m. for large apartments. Cars must be removed from the parking lot.
4.  MINIMUM ADVANCE RESERVATION - "In Season", 2-5 nights for a room; 3-7 nights for a small  apartment; 5 - 7 nights for larger apartments. "Off Season" varies from 2- 4 nights depending on unit, and time of week .
5.  SMOKING –Rooms are non-smoking,guests must smoke outside, no cigar smoking allowed on property.
6.  REFUNDS - There is a 10% handling fee on all refunds.Three week's notice must be given to guarantee a
refund on all rooms. Six weeks notice on large apartments is necessary after which it is at the discretion of the innkeeper. 
7.  PARKING - Only one space allowed per unit in parking lots, however there should be ample street parking for additional cars. IMPORTANT: Permission must be obtained to park additional cars in our lots or to remain beyond check-out, unauthorized vehicles may be towed. 
8.  PETS - Sorry, pets are not allowed.
